In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of business intelligent reporting solutions (Tableau) to give business stakeholders insights into the health of numerous critical consumer data solutions both from a platform performance and data integrity perspective.
• Work with technology and product ownership partners to define critical application CTQs and provide visualizations to senior business leader of the solutions performance in these areas.
• Act as primary product owner of a production monitoring utility that will provide production health data to business stakeholders for the entire Consumer Data and Engagement Platforms portfolio of products.
• Work with cross functional team of developers and production support teams to identify new application risks and production risks and work to remediate as part of an overall product portfolio lifecycle.
• Advise line of business, companywide functions, and more experienced leadership on operations strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in data population distributions, and other complex data to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize operating losses within risk and other operating standards
• Interpret and translate regulatory defined stress test scenarios into model parameters, evaluate results of stress test results, and interpretation of model output
• Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and policies on all projects managed
• Mentor or manage less experienced staff, interns, and external contractors
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications, US:

• 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of application production support experience.
• 3+ year working with either Tableau or PowerBI reporting environments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in an Agile environment and working with JIRA at a management level including JIRA Spoke
• Experience with Service Now Reporting
• Ability to develop operational reporting and perform complex data analysis

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.
