Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst…
In this role, you will:
- Respond in a timely manner to all assigned technical issues and move/add/change service requests
- Provide great customer service to all levels of internal Wells Fargo users across many Lines of Business
- Independently and collaboratively perform deep dive analysis of moderate to complex technical issues effectively to provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Support corporate and BYOD mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, Android(limited), and tablet devices)
- Train and guide staff on hardware, software, and virtual desktop usage
- Maintain accurate computer and peripheral equipment inventory documentation
- Participate in the planning, pilot, installation, implementation, and documentation of new or modified PC/LAN/AV related hardware, software, applications, or operating systems to meet client requirements
- Analyze client needs and review technical alternatives to determine their impact on the client and systems environment
- Participate in small to large scale initiatives and identify improvements/opportunities for technology operations
- Develop knowledge of supported business applications and processes to assess the impact of technology events on the business and other support areas
- Engage various teams of peer specialized support trouble-shooters to assess system health and issues
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations
- Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
- Review, analyze and escalate issues from key metric analysis, event monitors, reported service deviations, and documented changes
- Develop knowledge and understanding of quality, service levels, security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements for supported areas and demonstrate adherence to documented policies
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2+ years of Technology Operations/Desktop Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Able and willing to occasionally work nights/weekends and travel infrequently
- Ability to work and communicate well with management of all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications:
- A+ Certification
- Familiar with ServiceNow interaction and incident tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (2016, M365) and Market Data Add-Ins
- Experience supporting Mac computers
- Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Environment

$31.92 – $56.73 Hourly
