Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Denver, Colorado

In this role you will lead/participate in the full lifecycle of the Machine Learning and analytics projects from gathering requirements, architecting solution, and detailing the technical design. Design, lead, build and deploy machine learning models at scale, preferably in AWS.
You will represent the team to interface with internal and external customers and partners. Serve as the conduit between the business unit and the AI/ML development team. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and able to meet project deliverable deadlines.
You will lead and perform complex analysis in an evolving data environment. Build data pipelines in ETL to support the AWS model deployments as needed. Preferably in Matillion, Talend or Snowflake. Technical solutioning skills with deep understanding of technical API integrations, AI / Data Science, BigData and public cloud architectures Partner with the Data Engineers to build project components: data ingestion (ETL), databases, visualization, and possible machine learning components with both traditional and big data technologies.
You will need experience in requirement gathering for database, analytical, and developing end to end ML solutions from business hypothesis to deployment / understanding the entirety of the ML development life cycle. Hands-on with designing relevant architecture/microservices to enable smooth deployment of models and post deployment tasks like model monitoring, re-training, model management in AWS .
You will need exposure to cloud services necessary to build end to end pipeline and familiarity with MLOps concepts and cloud services like SageMaker, Data Robot, Vertex AI or Azure. Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization. Proficient in the use of query and reporting analysis tools.
You will be proficient in architecting and building reports and complex dashboards. Data management experience in Snowflake, Amazon AWS, S3, Oracle, Talend ETL, Matillion etc… Business intelligence system development experience using Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc. Working knowledge in building data pipelines in ETL and data modeling.
