Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Developing project strategies

Perform data analysis, reporting, and sales process optimization

Create and present reports to the team and management.

Work with cross-functional teams on a variety of strategic and tactical goals and programs. Including but not limited to identifying new and evolving business needs and documentation of requirements.

Develop and maintain well-structured reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that empower self-service data access and help to support strategic and tactical decision-making for the team and our strategic partners

Translate data into actionable insights, and apply it via simple yet powerful presentations to guide decision making

Assist with sales data analysis, project planning, and execution of quarterly strategic initiatives

Advanced Excel skills required

PowerPoint experience required

Tableau experience

Smartsheet experience

Ability to conceptualize and build meaningful data visualizations

Ability to successfully prioritize given multiple deadlines

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Data or a related field

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX’s total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
