What You Will Be Doing
- Primary responsibilities include analyzing business processes and designing the business system.
- Support Power User Network by coordinating training, resolving integration issues, software testing, and maintaining or preparing documentation.
- Work in an HCM support capacity, including system support and user support
- Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support and technical answers to non-technical teams
- Hands-on configuration of HR, Benefits, and Payroll modules as needed including business processes
- Supports small projects, usually only 1 or 2 sites by gathering requirements, development, testing and implementation
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in an HRIS Analyst role
- Workday Certification preferred
- Workday HRIS experience including system configuration and report writing
- Specific hands-on experience with HR, Benefits and Payroll
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas) including spreadsheet analysis proficiency
- Experience summarizing and translating complex information from a variety of sources in an easy format that is audience appropriate
- Experience with Prism/Adaptive tools is preferred
- SQL or similar report writing skills preferred
- Basic understanding of system life cycle methodologies.
- Demonstrates sound, logical thought process and problem-solving skills when producing system specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Education or Formal Training
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts preferred
Experience Required
- 2-5 years of experience without a bachelor’s degree
