Who we are
The Product Team within Zafin – our Monetization Studio is a cross-cutting design initiative to build user experiences that put the business in control. The design team is lean, moves fast, and prizes laterally skilled colleagues. Our mission is to help line-of-business bankers launch and manage propositions, putting them in control. This requires a re-think of how product and marketing teams design new propositions and bring them to the market. By focusing on the needs of bankers and end-customers – their challenges and goals – we’re building a platform to launch propositions with speed and transparency.

What is the opportunity?
We’re building a next-generation monetization studio that gives power to the business to launch new propositions and manage them through the life cycle. An intuitive user experience that puts the business in control is at the heart of our products.
You will be a Data Analyst across our Business Enablement teams. You are responsible for developing and maintaining interactive data visualization solutions that enable business decision-making.
What will you do?
- Design and develop custom dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with business users to identify reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create data models and develop complex queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI
- Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Analyse business requirements and provide recommendations for data visualization and reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and insights using Power BI
- Develop and implement data security policies and procedures for Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train end-users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.
What do I need to succeed?
Must have:
- 5 years of experience developing custom Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of Power BI features and capabilities.
- Proficient in SQL, DAX, and other data modelling languages
- Experience working with data from various sources including relational databases, Excel, and CSV files.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Optional Requirements:
- Knowledge of power automate and SSIS would be added advantage.
