Position Summary
Zeno Group is seeking an Analytics Engineer (Intern) to join our Global Strategy + Planning Team working from the Washington DC office. At Zeno, data is an engine for insights, storytelling, and strategic decision-making to deliver solutions for our clients.
Analytics Engineer (Intern) has exposure to both technical and business requirements. The role interacts with analysts and data scientists, while building and maintaining data backend to meet those needs.
This role will be part of an integrated analytics team, working in a fast-paced environment, with a versatile set of quantitative and digital skills to help support building and delivering data products for Zeno’s internal and external stakeholders.

- Analytics Engineer (intern) will be working closely with Zeno S+P’s Data Engineering Lead to own data warehousing solutions
- This position will help the team complete data collection automation and manipulation processes (upgrading API integrations and data ingestion solutions)
- The role will prepare proof-of-concept pitch materials and new data product specifications to various stakeholders (technical and non-technical) for new business opportunities
- The position evaluates the data tech stack trends and developments and keeps the team informed of potential opportunities
- The role will work closely with in-house data scientists and data visualization experts to ideate and prototype new data products for clients
Requirements

Pay rate: $18/hour USD
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
