Job Location: Bengaluru
- You collect and analyze data on product performance, user behavior, and market trends using statistical analysis tools and techniques. Use data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
- You develop metrics that help track product performance and measure the success of new features or initiatives. Use data to identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth.
- You work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights to inform product decisions. Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- You conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and to identify gaps in the market that the company’s products or services could fill. Use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- You stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- You develop reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations for product teams and senior leadership. Present results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- You continuously monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements or optimisations based on data analysis.
- You adhere to Zeotap’s company, privacy and information security policies and procedures.
- You complete all the awareness trainings assigned on time
- Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field such as computer science, or statistics.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large data sets, identify patterns and trends, and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of product development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and product development.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field, such as product management or business analysis, or experience working with analytics software or data visualization will be a plus.
