EXTERNAL CLIENT-FACING CONSULTING (BILLABLE) POSITION. Serve as liaison between end-users and product consultants. Work with client to understand the structure, policies, and operation of business. Conduct needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with technology solutions. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document project requirements to be communicated to product consultant. Use development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results. Assess available technologies and recommend solutions to development teams. May create end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials) and deliver training.
