As a Business Intelligence Intern, you’ll be applying educational knowledge by assisting the Business Intelligence Department in all areas and gaining experience in a variety of business-related duties in a professional work environment. Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. Research, compile, and evaluate information from various sources, such as business publications, journals, etc., for process optimization, automation, and business value discoveries. Analyze internal and external complex data to find trends, causal relationships, anomalies, etc. Work with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to create reports as required. Maintain a current understanding of business and updates in your role. Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development. You might be a fit for this position if you are: Team-first and goal orientated. Friendly, tactful and professional in your communications on the phone and in e-mail. A multi-tasker that likes to stay on your toes as well as prioritize your workload. Someone who enjoys working on a variety of tasks and following up on those tasks throughout the day. Organized and have a keen eye for detail. Fluent with computers. A self-starter who takes initiative to solve problems and follow up on issues. Someone who enjoys change and trying new things. Required education/skills/experience: Student pursuing professional degree with a graduation date of December 2023 or later. Actively pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Computer Science; and Junior through Senior status. GPA of 3.60 or higher. Has taken statistics and data analysis courses. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows proficiency. Data entry and 10-key adding machine proficiency.
