Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic B.Tech/B.E. freshers with excellent communication skills for a dynamic role involving extensive interaction with U.K. and U.S. clients. This position requires proactive monitoring of key performance metrics and the availability of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance metrics and the availability of enterprise IT Infrastructure.
- Oversee alerts related to various infrastructure environments, including VMware, storage, networks, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Facilitate major incident management by initiating P1 bridge calls and engaging technical teams and stakeholders as needed.
- Provide timely, accurate, and effective communication on service-impacting alerts.
- Perform capacity analysis and report all bottlenecks to ITSM and technical teams.
- Generate reports, including IT Infra Snapshot reports, P1 trend analysis, alert analysis, and device availability.
- Handle alerts configuration, maintenance, upgrades, vulnerability management, administration, and vendor coordination for various monitoring tools.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with U.K. and U.S. stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
