Job Description
CAR-T manufacturing involves the generation of vast amounts of data across different process steps. This data is related to the manufacturing process and attributes of the cells and is complex and correlated. Gaining insights on the key product attributes and how it impacts process and product performance involves the use of complex analytics. The intern would explore the application of advanced machine learning techniques such as neural networks to identify patterns to increase process and product understanding.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Partner with data scientists, quality professionals and scientists to understand the allogenic CAR-T manufacturing process and product attributes.
- Develop and provide scientific presentations to peers
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements & Experience
- Enrolled in a MS program in Data Science, Applied Statistics, or related field required (or relevant experience)
- Proficiency in R, Python and/or SAS
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication are essential in this collaborative work environment.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
