DATA SCIENTIST:

The Select Group is looking for a senior-level Data Scientist passionate about utilizing data and insights to improve business processes.

DATA SCIENTIST REQUIREMENTS:

• Data Scientist with 5+ years of professional experience
• Proficient with Python programming
• 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning
• Strong Excel skills and Advanced Analytics capabilities (trend analysis, pattern identification, etc)
• Well-rounded in technical knowledge:
• Understanding of full stack development
• Understands solution or system engineering
• Self-sufficient understands how everything fits together

DATA SCIENTIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This individual is needed to support multiple use cases within data science and machine learning within the Customer Services group
• Use cases range from regression classification to image recognition and analyzing OpenText
• Develop, test and deploy predictive models, formulas, and measurements that provide analytical insight into the cause and solution of a business problem
• Research the different business problems that require a potential analysis of data for a solution
• Analyze large datasets and identify patterns, evaluate actionable solutions
• Interpolate and communicate the outcomes of the formulas in addressing the business problem. Present the solution to the organization
• Evaluate the different types of data that could potentially address business problems
• Coordinates with individuals and teams on the tasks that are required to retrieve the data
• Perform other duties as assigned
