Job Location: Costa Mesa, CA
This position is 100% remote; however, you must reside within driving distance of our offices in Costa Mesa, CA to attend meetings and team collaboration.
The People Systems Analyst position provides leadership and independent direction in the initiation, design, implementation and management of HR technical support, systems, projects, and programs. This position performs all related duties in support of goals and objectives, as well as develops processes and proposals to increase the effectiveness of the People Service Center operations. In addition, the position fosters continued program development and growth by conducting research and audits, as well as by producing statistical reports and advanced analyses.
Collaborate with the People Service Center team, HR Management, and internal team members to evaluate, design, and provide solutions that contribute to the delivery of HR business solutions. Leads continuous improvement in People Service Center operations and technical applications. Combines an advanced knowledge of Human Resources with advanced technical ability to provide data-driven recommendations and solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage Projects and process improvements, including performing Quality Assurance for the LMS system projects and reports.
Develops, administers, and manages HR system that impacts employee talent data, learning content, employee performance management, and succession planning.
Manage permissions, access, personalization, settings, and governance of LMS system.
Sum Total or Workday system experience a plus!
Required:
Extensive hands-on experience in Employee Training and Development concepts with exposure to Learning Management Systems, Employee Talent Data, Learning Content, Employee Performance, and Succession Planning.
Extensive hands-on experience in LMS systems with systems management and configuration, Learning Management, Talent Management, Onboarding, Advanced Reporting, Custom Domains, and Security and permissions across all modules and domains.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to translate stakeholder’s request into actionable reports and / or analysis.
Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced, complex, and scaling environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, in related area such as Human Resources, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
SHRM Certified Professional preferred.
