- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects to ensure overall project quality, completeness, and schedule adherence.
- Ensure operational needs are considered for any new software integration into the organization and ensure the systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, data privacy, data warehousing, and other specifications as required by C Spire internal process.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities that will assist with operational excellence.
- Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
- Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging of these systems as part of a continuous improvement process.
- Support the business functional areas performing a variety of complex reporting, queries, and analytical tasks using data from billing, sales, financial, marketing, and other systems as needed.
- Review documentation and analysis of operational procedures, processes, and problems to identify areas for process and workflow improvements.
- Work with all management resources in the development and delivery of KPI and OKR reporting to ensure all operational teams are performing at or above operational metrics.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related area or the equivalent in related work experience within Data and Operational Analyses using Visual Basic programming language discipline is required.
- Experience reconciling data between systems
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills and ability to work effectively within a complex and dynamic environment.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timeliness and accuracy.
- Must be self-motivated with the desire to seek ways to improve systems/processes with a high quality.
- Must possess strong communication skills to include a friendly and helpful demeanor and be dependable.
- Must have demonstrated the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from raw data.
PREFERRED:
- Previous Analyst or Finance experience preferred.
- Experience with Application Testing Software programs preferred.
- Experience with SQL/Queries.
- Experience designing and executing software test automation strategies preferred.
- Experience designing, calculating, and interpreting test metrics preferred.
