Job Purpose and Impact
The Sales Operations Analyst will contribute to a suite of standardized reporting and analytical solutions. In this role, you will partner with end users, business stakeholders, technical teams and other value streams at the business group, enterprise and global level to deliver useable analytical solutions to address business needs. You will enable the broader organization’s use of reporting and insights by understanding the business problem and delivering useful, sustainable, and reusable solutions. Key Accountabilities
Gather functional requirements and develop user stories working directly with business stakeholders to enable business insights.
Source, filter, clean and prepare data to support data reporting and analysis.
Partner with key stakeholders’ and the team to identify, create, and manage the core set of metrics needed to measure performance.
Evaluate the performance of processes, services and outcomes and recommend changes to drive performance improvement.
Offer mentorship to teach others how to use tools and further enable technical solutions
Partner with teams to develop a detailed understanding of the business.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in extracting data and combining data and modeling data to solve problems
Proficiency in Visualization tools (Tableau & Power BI)
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Demonstrated experience delivering MVP (minimal viable product) solutions/tools
