Job Location: remote
This role will be responsible for helping us build and mold our People Ops tech stack, becoming the SME and trusted advisor and will help drive efficiency and automation. Though this role is heavily focused on HR Systems, it will also include opportunities to own automation related projects across GA. The ideal candidate is highly organized, can manage multiple projects and is looking to create structure out of chaos. You would be joining a small but highly nimble team who is excited about opportunity and strongly believes in team effort.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems and processes
- Deliver technical projects with some guidance in a timely manner while working with the various teams during planning, development, testing, rollout and support
- Design, implement and maintain solutions working with stakeholders on requirements
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards as required for business users and senior leaders and for the People Team to enhance data integrity and cross-system validation
- Provide guidance and training on system functionality to internal stakeholders
- Become a process and subject matter expert
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of years of strong process analysis experience in business system processes, including practical knowledge of UKG Ready modules
- Sufficient relationship management skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture
- Possesses ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines; ability to adapt
- Google Applications experience
