Job Description: –
Bachelor’s Degree in Data/Computer Science preferred, or the equivalent relevant experience required. · At least 5+ years of HR Functional, Process Knowledge and Big Data experience – preferably with SuccessFactors (EC, Application Tracking System, On-Boarding, Performance Management) using canvas, tables or stories and integration requirement gathering as well as understanding how to navigate system role-based permissions to view access in system.
· Prior experience working with PowerBI desktop and server. Ability to translate complex data into digestible visualizations and stories for the business to drive insights through data. · Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, organize and meet deadlines. · Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and willingness to learn new tools.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. · Data management skills – hands on experience with very large data sets using SQL or other technology · Survey Administration and Development skills – preferably with Qualtrics.
