Job Description
The business analyst role is responsible for working with business leaders to achieve data-driven goals. They are responsible for the accuracy and consistency of the data across multiple business systems. Through effective data entry, proactive communication, problem-solving, execution, and collaboration with our leadership team the business analyst will provide top and bottom-line results.
The Business Analyst is responsible for review of the route management, accounting, and warehouse management systems to ensure data is maintained efficiently and accurately.
Essential Functions
Perform analysis of daily requests for efficiency and identify where additional resources may be required. Document software business processes and integrations between systems. Gain an understanding of the business processes and help define future goals. Daily monitoring and adjustment of the various business system. Production support and troubleshooting of any problems with the system. Work in conjunction with the Information Technology department to produce reports and analyze data. The first line of support for applications that are being used. Participate in project work such as logistical reviews for expansions and service offerings or engineering of delivery.
