Job Detail:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a virtual data entry analyst assistant. This entry-level role is a remote position, and the ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into various systems and databases accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Retrieve and maintain data by sorting and filing documents
- Update existing data
- Resolve discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong typing skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
This is a remote role and schedule may be flexible.
