Job Location: Bengaluru

Job Detail:

• Lead program delivery for data and analytics for the finance and dependent functions that are dependent on finance data and manage the products and services.
• Ensure customer adoption & drive simplification on process, governance in relation to Master data, Key analytics metrics across multiple subject areas of Finance Accounts receivables, accounts payable, Orders, Sales, Backlog, cash flow, General ledger, balances, audit and reporting.
• Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives.
• Effectively communicate (i.e. status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
• Lead a team of contractors (and employees where applicable) to implement, simplify and support the initiative.
• You will analyze, design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
• You will lead and coordinate technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction across multiple teams and data & analytics product lines.
• You will drive innovation and take the organization to the next maturity level.
• You will lead Data & Information architects and aspiring high potential talent to build Architect pipeline – mentor and coach other data and solution architects.
• Lead with a hands-on approach – drive accountability to continuously improve enterprise standards and grow the team’s capability set from both depth and breadth perspective.
• • Coach employees on career navigation, managing conflict, and how to operate in a volatile, uncertain world
• • Shape Develop and sustain , candid relationships with business unit customers
• • Recruit, hire, and retain talent
• • Drive business process change (simplification) by influencing functional and business customers
• • Develop systems and opportunities for continued employee education on technology, accounting/controllership best practices, etc.
• • Develop knowledge transfer processes that seamlessly transition project go lives

Education Qualification

For roles outside USA:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with significant experience in the relevant technology and domain.
