Qualifications
The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
- U.S. GOVERNMENT Top Secret clearance (interim or active)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience supporting business process design, improvement, or reengineering
- Demonstrated experience with project management and oversight
- Ability to proactively identify and address client needs, recommend solutions, and deliver quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate relevant decisions, approaching deadlines, challenges, recommendations, and business impacts to clients in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to build strong relationships, build consensus, and guide teams through change
- Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior management level clients and team members
- Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively
- Previous experience working with the Department of State
