Responsibilities

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will provide a wide variety of business support services to an Executive Front Office Defense & Security Segment client. These support services include project management, process improvement, data analytics, communications, and administrative activities such as meeting minutes, supporting data calls, and generating reports. This position will require the ability to operate independently as well as the ability to capture and translate business requirements to future business needs. As the scope of the project expands, this position will be responsible for the management and oversight of new teammates and client deliverables.

Qualifications


The following qualifications are REQUIRED to be considered for this role:
  • U.S. GOVERNMENT Top Secret clearance (interim or active)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills
The following experience/education/skill are PREFERRED to be considered for this role:
  • Demonstrated experience supporting business process design, improvement, or reengineering
  • Demonstrated experience with project management and oversight
  • Ability to proactively identify and address client needs, recommend solutions, and deliver quality results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to articulate relevant decisions, approaching deadlines, challenges, recommendations, and business impacts to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to build strong relationships, build consensus, and guide teams through change
  • Ability to effectively engage and interact with senior management level clients and team members
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and innovatively
  • Previous experience working with the Department of State
