Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Analyst assigned to IBM Systems Supply Chain’s Cognitive Advisor/Control Tower. Experienced working with supply chain professionals and the development team to build an award winning solution.
- Deep supply chain knowledge – including end to end supply chain use cases.
- Lead discussions with operations teams on pain points and business requirements.
- Converts business requirements into systems requirements and data requirements. Validates solution requirements.
- Ability to create specifications and design focusing on business intelligence and analytics solutions.
- Collaborates with operations teams and development teams- understanding business acumen as well as potential technical solutions.
- Understands agile delivery process and supports developers and users throughout the process.
- Defines quality attributes and non-functional requirements.
- Performs functional verification tests.
- Leads user groups in user testing.
- Documents ‘as is’ processes. Supports transformation lead and user groups in defining ‘to be’ proesses.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelors degree in software engineering or supply chain management with a technical minor
- Proven technical aptitude.
- Ability to work on large, global Initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

The compensation range for this position is based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
