Job Summary:
Develops, supports, and manages data intake, validation, normalization, and integration processes, interfaces, and databases for Patient Experience management. Works to ensure the quality and integrity of data via analysis, normalization, and standardization of information and is able to transform data into actionable information. Is able to visually display information that is easy to understand, meets end-user needs. Utilizes external databases so assist with benchmarking and goal setting for projects. Collaborates with Patient Care Services Leadership, Patient Safety, Clinical Informatics, IS and clinical and business analysts and data management specialists to establish standards, controls, and procedures to promote data exchange integrity, quality, accuracy, usefulness, and timeliness.

Education – Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
Education – Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in data analysis, data mining, informatics, or advanced analytics
Experience – Required:
- 1 year in a clinical setting and
- 3 years experience in data mining, profiling, validation, transformation, and database development
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – Required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
