Career Hub, APAC, is a part of Mercer’s Career division and has been recently set-up as a Regional CoE – Centre of Excellence. The basic objective of setting up this team is to collaborate with Consultants to provide Human Resource Advisory services to our APAC clients. This is line with other Regional CoEs, Centres of Excellence, which have been successfully collaborating with Consultants to deliver Human Resource solutions to our clients.

Role Overview:
- Partner and operate independently with Client facing Consultants to provide services in the area of Human Capital Solutions to clients
- Indicative services provided by Career Hub are Job Evaluation, LTI & STI design, client proposals, Competencies, Research, Job Mapping, Aggregate Dump review, client presentations etc.
- Project execution in line with SLA requirements, timelines and quality standards and ensuring high levels of internal and external client satisfaction
- Work under the direct guidance of experienced Consultants
- Identify and analyse trends in client data and suggest solutions
- Clearly define hypothesis from data and find inferences
- Stakeholder Management which may also include interaction with the clients directly on projects
- Develop own capability through informal and formal learning opportunities
- Contribute to training and capability development of self and other members in the team
- Contribute to Knowledge sharing within team
- Create knowledge / SOP documents for knowledge repository and training purposes
- Support process and technology enhancements
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelors degree with minimum 2.5 years of work experience
- Good knowledge of Rewards and/or Organization development concepts
- Basic knowledge of Statistics
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Client centric mindset
- Advance business communication skills including mail drafting, conference calls, etiquettes
- Problem solving skills
- Time management skills
- Well organized with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work with multi-cultural teams/ clients
- Good Team player
- Knowledge of VBA skills would be preferred
