Job Location: Davenport, IA
This position will develop college students that are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. The intern will provide support to the customer contact operations support organization by completing a variety of project management work assignments. They will have the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills acquired in college to help achieve the company’s objectives. The position is temporary, nonexempt and fulltime hourly through the summer. Applicants should have a graduation date later than August 2023.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Assists in the research, analysis and implementation of procedures or updates to customer operations procedures and systems. Provides data and analytical support to customer operations. (30%)
Extracts and analyzes data from work order systems to identify which projects are in jeopardy of not making requested completion date. (20%)
Assesses training needs and assists in development of curriculum/training materials. Provides daily support including, but not limited to, work order analysis, project status updates, assistance in addressing customer project issues. (20%)
Coordinate and participate in major improvement initiatives such as process reviews, policy reviews, etc. (10%)
Supports process improvements initiatives by tracking and reporting on process improvement projects. (10%)
Performs additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (10%)

Must be a current college student, sophomore status or higher pursuing a bachelor’s degree program in business, business analytics, management, computer science, management information systems, or related field.
Must be available to work May-August 2023.
Strong PC skills including working knowledge and proficiency with all Microsoft office applications.
