We are looking for Power BI Developer having experience of 1-4 years. We are looking for self-driven individuals who love to find innovative solutions and can perform under pressure.

CTC 4-9 Lacs per annum
Main Duties Responsibilities
- Dealing with international clients and adherence to Clients requirements and Expectations
- Confident communicating with Clients of all levels Including the ability to advise, train and support employees
- Day-to-day project management including internal team and Clients engaged in delivery
- Translate Clients business requirements into set of analytical tasks
- Self-starter/able to work independently
- Work with other IT teams and stakeholders concerning the accuracy of data and efficiency of processes
- Execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in a timely manner.
- Contributes to all team objectives and deadlines
- Implementing Power BI apps/reports, data sets and dashboards end to end from requirement gathering to development and providing access
- Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights
- Able to filter through ambiguity present in business problems & come up with a well-structured methodology
- Providing leadership for a project through its end to end lifecycle and ensure project delivery is aligned to the agreed scope, objectives, and timeline
- Accurately and timely tracking, reporting and communication of project status and metrics with the team.
- Develop strong communication skills with a proven success communicating with users, other tech teams
- Identify business requirements, design processes that leverage/adapt the business logic and regularly communicate with business stakeholders to ensure delivery meets business needs
- Develop dashboards and data sources that meet and exceed customer requirements
- Partner with business information architects to understand the business use cases that support and fulfill business and data strategy
- Provide best practices for data visualization and Power BI implementations
Knowledge and Experience
- 1+ years of experience as a Power Bi Developer
- Experience on working with Global Clients and in diverse cultures
- Have expert knowledge and understanding in common data intelligence practices & processes with proven success in providing consultative guidance to enterprise scale teams in improving their data intelligence programs.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of BI projects for developing a portfolio of scorecards, KPIs, reports dashboards
- Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) using Power BI as required to support business requirements and give stakeholders ongoing visibility into key metrics
- Perform detailed data analysis (i.e., determine the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples)
- Should be an expert in developing, maintaining, and supporting operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft Power BI
- Should be proficient in writing DAX in MS Power BI Desktop.
- Install and configure Power BI enterprise gateway.
- Should have good understanding of Data Modelling Techniques for Analytical Data (i.e., Facts, Dimensions, Measures).
- Expert in relational database and SQL experience creating joins, joins with custom SQL & blending data from different data sources using MS Power BI Desktop.
- Proven ability to turn large amounts of raw data into actionable information
- Serve as the subject matter expert, mastering existing BI tool capabilities as well as future enhancements as they become available, to continually improve our business intelligence offerings.
- Collaborate with Lead Analyst/Architect to implement and maintain security of the business intelligence environment both in terms of access and data.
- Responsible for troubleshooting data issues and conducting root cause analysis when reporting data is in question.
- Documentation of projects artifacts and train end-users for better adoption.
