Overview
Waters Corporation is always looking to hire the best and brightest future talent of our company. The Global Clinical Business team is looking to hire a summer intern located in our Milford office. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience while earning course credits for the world’s leading specialty measurement company. This internship will begin in the student’s fall semester and will end before their spring semester in January, with possibility of being extended into spring.
Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations
- Updating analytics reports– SmartSheet dashboards, SalesForce (Compass) reports, etc
- Data entry – post testing reports for tracking compliance of clinical reviewers
- Project Management deliverables
- Use of SmartSheet for reporting, training will be provided
- Weekly reports sent to regulatory team
- Escalation metrics data entry
- Writing process maps/flow charts
- Follow up on forecast requests from Regional Service Leadership
Qualifications
- Enrolled in University/College with a focus on administrative, engineering, technical IT or project management courses.
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Independent, task oriented and good with time management
- Organized and adaptable to changing priorities, attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel & SmartSheet, training will be provided
- Acts consistently with TA/Waters Employee Success Model
