Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Digital Transformation Business Management (level 3 or level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located on site in Redondo Beach, CA with partial telework available or full-time telecommuting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and drive actions for Digital Transformation initiatives with Divisions, Programs, AS Sector, and DTO on development and rollout of solutions
  • Document and resolve design and adoption issues, concerns, unique features from each deployment area: Programs, BU/OUs, Divisions, Sectors
  • Help team shape messaging, Themes, story-telling for deployment of solutions (PPTs, SharePoint)
  • Meet regularly with development tech team, DTO on actions that hinder successful adoption
  • Assist training and development for employees of new solutions
  • Roadshow solutions via presentations to stakeholders
  • Track and report Solution adoption issues and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in developing KPIs to track adoption of solutions, efficacy

-learn and develop expertise as an Analyst – SME on new solutions

  • Develop Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP) for new processes and solutions
  • Special projects for NGAS Business Management as required

This requisition may be filled as either a level 3 or level 4 Digital Transformation Business Management.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Digital Transformation Business Management (level 3)
    – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 5 years of professional experience in business management, finance, accounting, or related fields – OR –Master’s Degree from an accredited institution with 3 years professional experience as described above


  • Digital Transformation Business Management (level 4)
    – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with 9 years of professional experience in business management, finance, accounting, or related fields – OR –Master’s Degree from an accredited institution with 7 years professional experience as described above

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite – specifically Excel skills (including: the ability to insert pivot tables, Vlookup, and conditional formatting, etc.), PowerPoint

  • Critical thinking and innovative behaviors in past projects, roles, or experiences


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  • Power BI/Tableau experience

  • Previous experience with data modeling

  • SharePoint editing and admin

  • Experience and knowledge in Business Management Functions in one or more of the following: P&E, Financial Planning and Reporting, Program Execution (Project Control), Earned Value Management

Digital Transformation Business Management (level 4) – $94,500 – $141,700

Digital Transformation Business Management (level 4) – $103,900 – $155,900

Salary Range: $76,200 USD – $125,800 USD
Salary Range 2: $94,500 USD – $155,900 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
