• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

Requirements

• Proven working experience in technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer with a strong background in Windows platform, HW and Windows experience in gaming platforms a plus
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, technical concepts quickly and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment.
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
