Overview
As a Data Entry Operator (Fresher) at our company, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating the organization’s databases and information systems. Key responsibilities
- Entering and updating data into the company database accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring the integrity and security of data by regular backups and audits
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting in the preparation of data for analysis and reporting
- Managing and organizing data files and documents
- Performing regular data cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Supporting other departments with data entry and information management
- Adhering to data entry standards and procedures
- Identifying and resolving data entry issues and discrepancies
- Assisting in generating reports and developing data visualizations
- Collaborating with the IT department to optimize data entry processes
- Conducting regular quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy
- Assisting in the implementation of data entry best practices
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
- Basic understanding of data management principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
