Internship Summary
Are you looking for an internship that provides real life experience?
Phoenix Contact’s Customer Operations Team is looking for a Spring 2023 intern to help compile key performance indicators, survey results, and other customer success metrics to support the Voice of the Customer Scorecard. The intern will also be responsible with creating visualizations of these measurements, to be included in Executive summaries and presentations.
This internship will continue into Summer 2023 and Fall 2023.
This is a hybrid internship. The intern must be local to Harrisburg, PA area.
What does a typical day look like?
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
- Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data.
- Create presentations and reports for internal teams and Executive leadership.
What makes this internship unique?
The data analyst intern will focus on projects pertaining to Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Workload of this position will vary from day to day. In addition to data analysis, this position will allow the applicant to demonstrate their creativity,
communication skills, and attention to detail.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Business Management, Business Analytics, Statistics or similiar major
- Open to Junior or Senior applicants
- Data Cleaning & Data Visualization experience
- Microsoft Excel, MicroStrategy & SQL (Preferred)
- Must be a student during duration of internship
Must Be Able To
- Must be able to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time (2-4 hours at a time)
