We are actively recruiting for a Finance Analyst to support our Capital Equipment Invoicing for our Business Units.Job Description Summary:This position will require to complete invoices in a timely manner for specific business units while following Finance Policies and SOX Controls. Being able to determine a contract and understand it’s performance obligations prior to invoicing. The person in this role will need to have exceptional accounting skills and Excel skills. SAP experience is a plus and the ability to engage with all levels of management. The role may require the individual to present to senior management and will be directly accountable for invoicing accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process, system invoices, inter-company billings and other transactions.Support management in completing ad hoc reports and providing basic explanations on invoice variances. Work with cross functional groups on analysis and projects.Validate any risk or opportunities to communicate to upper management.Key business support to other finance functional groups.Review transactions and identify possible issues, determine whether to escalate or resolve.Make recommendations to improve current processes.
