We have an exciting opportunity available for a Business Analyst to join the Change Community of Practice (COO – Transformation). This role works collaboratively with the project team and business stakeholders to understand business change needs, assess the business impact of those changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.

The role acts as a key interface between the business sponsors, stakeholders, technology, and delivery teams. You will participate in the design process coordinated by the project team, from design approval to functional design completion.

  • Acting as the key interface between the business sponsors and stakeholders
  • Using data capture, modelling and analysis, the role helps to ensure the identified business needs are addressed by the project outputs and facilitates interaction and alignment across stakeholders
  • Participating in the design process coordinated by the project team, from design approval to functional design completion.

What you will bring

  • Problem solving skills and ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces and propose a course of action to work under pressure or with multiple competing priorities.
  • Able to build rapport with project stakeholders and demonstrate influencing skills.

It would be nice for you to have

  • Knowledge of investigation techniques, business process modelling, requirements development and impact assessment.
  • Analytical and modelling skills and an analytical mindset.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

What else you need to know.

This role is currently home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted. Once lifted you will be required to work a hybrid working pattern between home and our offices in Milton Keynes. However, we are flexible and will consider other locations.

This is a permanent position.
