- Conduct Team building and fun activities on the floor or virtually for improving the Employee Engagement Index.
- Drive organization level initiatives to boost up the employee morale and their motivational levels
- Champion employee communication strategies across the employee lifecycle for better engagement and employee participation.
- Keep abreast of new social media sites and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns to drive higher engagement.
- Plan, design and manage the company’s people impact pages on social media tools like Glassdoor, LinkedIn etc. Adopt creative ways to address the critical items and engage reviewers.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop DC’s talent brand, build relevant programs, operationalize them, and measure their success.
- Liaising with external vendors, evaluating event proposals, forecasting expenses, conducting cost-benefit analysis, etc.
- Regularly capture employee feedback through pulse surveys for continuous improvement
- responsible for other HR Backend activities as and when assigned
