The purpose of the role is design and execution of Teammate Concerns program for Truist, under the direction of the Enterprise Ethics Office, in accordance with regulatory and stakeholder requirements. The role executes enterprise-wide risk management programs and partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support Truist’s Ethics Risk Management strategy. Activities include ownership of multiple Teammate Concerns intake channels, as well as identification of emerging risks and drive business insights through data aggregation, reporting and analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain ownership of the Reporting Teammate Concerns site and the Anonymous Action Line. Working with technical partners and vendors on necessary updates.
2. Produce ongoing Teammate Concerns reporting for the Ethics, Business Practices and Conduct Committee, Board Risk Committee, and regulatory agencies; execute ad hoc reporting efforts at direction of the Enterprise Ethics Officer and stakeholders
3. Provide analytical and operational support in the development of executive level proposals / presentations, enterprise-wide risk culture communications and / or trainings to support Ethics risk programs
4. Update and attest to Risk Appetite Framework metrics on a Quarterly basis
5. Perform ongoing vendor monitoring such as Service Level Tracking and issue remediation
6. Monitor and respond to submitted concerns and questions in the TMC Concern Reporting mailbox
7. Support design and delivery of risk management-wide and enterprise-wide projects involving components of Ethics risk programs, including but not limited to policy reviews, changes in procedures / processes, systems development and efforts to improve efficiencies and effectiveness to meet department and company business needs.
8. Provide support into the design of internal audit and supervisory matter responses to ensure that robust, sustainable remediation efforts are implemented to meet regulatory expectations.
9. Analyze complex data sets and integrate all technology tools in order to create insights presentations for use across the enterprise
10. Ensures timely and accurate data refreshes of division tools, reports.
11. Effectively communicate the mission of Ethics Risk Programs to impacted stakeholders
12. Own and execute additional responsibilities assigned by Ethics Risk management with minimal oversight
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 8 years of banking, regulatory oversight, consulting, or risk management experience
3. 5+ years of experience in a large financial services organization
4. Ability to manage moderately complex projects and programs involving multiple stakeholder groups with minimal oversight
5. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and consult strategically across a large institution with various levels of stakeholders
7. Demonstrated success in fast-paced, matrixed, team environments
8. Adept with Microsoft Office products
Preferred Requirements:
1. 10+ years of banking, regulatory oversight, consulting, or risk management experience
2. Advanced Degree or Risk certification program
