As a member of our BPS Team, you will work side by side with the Managers and Leadership Team, with many opportunities for valuable learning and mentoring.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Retail Replenishment or Allocation
- Analyze current sales trends and adjust minimums to maximize sales and profit results
- Maintain accurate assortment plans based on Merchant vision. Challenge assortments based on sales and productivity results.
- Run and evaluate replenishment orders each week based on the order schedule
- Review and initiate inter-store transfers on core assortments
- Forecast build orders for key time periods and major sales promotions
- Archive POs in a timely manner
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
- Ability to multi-task

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree preferred with a specialization in Business or Fashion Marketing
- Must have good exposure to working with internal stakeholders based out of international locations.
Must be willing to work during the permanent shift from 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST on weekdays.
