Your responsibilities
- Gather functional requirements from Product and architect, and enrich them further bringing techno-functional perspective, making it ready for refinement for scrum teams.
- Conduct refinement sessions by liaising with Scrum team, tech lead, Product and Architects involved.
- Work closely with scrum team and support them for any requirement or functional related queries.
- You act as a proxy product owner for the team/s and own the delivery of features.
- Be the point of contact for other stakeholders for the delivery of the features part of the backlog.
- Keep stakeholders appraised on the status of delivery and communicate with them in terms of what they understand (tech / non-tech/functional)
Your profile
- Min 5 yrs. of experience in as a Business Analyst with good functional and technical level knowledge (Open source), with close collaboration with scrum teams.
- Experience of owning the feature deliveries with good stakeholder management
- Experience of working as technical product owner or proxy product owner for development teams is a plus.
- Good experience of working in web-based product companies.
- You have a very good understanding of Agile ways of working and Backlog management in JIRA.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You are fluent in English
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs is a plus
- Understanding of microservices setup is a plus
