Business Analyst Intern

Summary –
The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team with maintaining contract information, updating project statuses, and analyzing risk. The Business Analyst Intern will have the opportunity to work closely with the Voith Sales and Project Management Teams to support in various order phases and gain insight on the overall order process. The ideal candidate will be detail and deadline oriented.
Responsibilities –
- Support Commercial Manager in monthly reporting and project updates
- Creation of ad hoc reports driven through data analysis
- Support in project risk analyses
- Assist Commercial Manager in pre-project preparations and offer processing (e.g. financing, insurance requests, etc.)
- Contract finalization and change order management through uploading for electronic signatures and storing on SharePoint once executed
- Update the Contract Manager in SAP with new contracts or addendums
- Execute other projects and duties as may be assigned
Qualifications –
Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics) or related field.
Must have completed 2 years of course work and maintained a 3.0 or above GPA
Working knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Physical Demands –
Office duties including sitting, standing walking in an office work environment.
