Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Position Responsibilities:
- Understand the business problem and develop data science based solution
- Technically lead a team to develop the solution
- Design, build, test and deploy ML solutions at scale, impacting multi-billion-dollar business.
- Be the consummate team player with a demonstrable ability to learn quickly. amazing ability to get stuff done.
- Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech
- Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome products.
- Lead the discovery phase of medium to large data science projects to come up with high-level design
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
- MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 14 years experience
- Experience working on at least one big data technology like Hadoop, Spark
- Experience with Data Science tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Phd preferable
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams
- Experience in advertising domain.
- Experience in Big Data applications
