Business Systems Analyst (BA) โCulinary Retail Operations
Responsible for supporting the creation of SOPโs, reporting and data analytics, communications, presentations, administrative project work across Culinary Retail Operations projects. They will ensure that relevant and timely updates to Retail Operations projects are uniformly integrated across Store Process SOPs and standardized communication tools. The BA will leverage a variety of data platforms and analytical tools to assess and convert data into actionable business insights. The BA will also provide field level support for trainings, pilot and program launches and rollouts, and other support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Has a working knowledge of all or most team-level operations and process.
- Performs basic analysis to build business value to enhancements and changes to tools.
- Ensure that reporting created enhances our insight into process performance, reporting libraries, and score cards to drive operational change.
- Understand how to leverage current reporting resources to measure tool/program performance and usage.
- Fosters the store and regional understanding and acceptance of global Retail Operations as a key enabler of store performance and continuous improvement.
- Partners with the Global Culinary and Perishable Teams and other key stakeholders to collaborate and align on all retail operation functions, change enablement, labor scheduling and food safety.
- Develops SOPs and outlines processes in inkling for Global, Regional and Store use.
- Assists implementing rollout strategies and communications for Retail Operations initiatives.
- Works with the Global Workforce Management team to build/edit labor standards.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly business reviews with Global leadership.
- Drive closure to follow-up actions with cross-functional teams. Work closely with program and project managers.
- Will be versatile, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to arbitrate amongst conflicting priorities. Willing to collaborate and demonstrate the principles of disagree and commit when necessary.
- Understands retail, grocery experience, and common software and networking infrastructure.

Education & Experience
- Based in Austin, TX preferred, required to be based in a Metropolitan Area with a Regional Office if remote.
- BA/BS degree and 1-3 yearโs relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experience providing SOP feedback.
- Experience with global/regional/metro pilot partnerships
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
- Ability to physically perform general office and retail requirements.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and work from ladders of various heights not exceeding 12 feet.
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Travel including overnight trips may be required.
