Summary

The Operations Analyst seeks solutions for process improvement to optimize the the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to operational requests when needed
• Flexible availability
• Compliance Reporting
• Project Management
• Bring new ideas on how to make the current process better/process improvement
• Host internal and external conference calls
• Recording of actions and notes from conference calls
• Maintaining electronic communications to warehouses (OptiSigns)
• Assisting with project management calls and action tracking within Monday.com
• Manage IAuditor (adding/editing/removing audits, compliance reporting)
• Weekly KPI audit report for compliance
• Quarterly Rack Count compliance reporting
• Google Form Compliance reporting
• Claims and cut compliance reporting
• Time card edit compliance reporting
• MHE certification compliance audit reporting
• Running adhoc and scheduled wage analysis Additional responsibilities and tasks may be added as the needs of the business change and expand
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, project management, or business development
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
