About the team

At Zillow – We are making new promises, and removing friction for buyers, sellers, renters, and borrowers. We’re building a seamless experience from dreaming of your next home, to moving, and beyond. We are thinking about how we deliver and measure the whole of the customer experience from search, to find, financing, buying, selling, moving… and beyond.

The Data Science and Analytics team is at the heart of accomplishing this mission, understanding our customers and their experience, making strategic recommendations to leadership, and helping marketing and product teams communicate effectively with customers.

We partner heavily with other lines of business, partner agencies, and the data engineering team in order to accomplish their goals.

We’re connectors, leaders with vision, and committed collaborators bringing the future we imagine to life, and evolving into Zillow 2.0. The team partners heavily with other data science teams across Zillow’s lines of business, partner agencies, and the data engineering team in order to accomplish their goals. They are skilled in providing strategic recommendations, business analytics, data fluency and visualization, storytelling with data, and some modeling.
