Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Analyst with a passion for marketing analytics and strategic data insights. In this role, you will apply a variety of analytics tools and methodologies to measure and optimize campaign performance, understand digital behavior and the customer experience. In collaboration with other agency disciplines, the ideal candidate genuinely loves distilling complex data to uncover insights, building and maintaining dashboards, developing customer models, and delivering performance reporting that results in strategic insights and business recommendations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate media and CRM performance, customer acquisition and business performance, through the lens of applied data science tools and methodologies
- Develop and implement models that align appropriately to business and program-level objectives
- Collaborate with broader client teams to create thoughtful points of view and actionable recommendations
- Create and maintain predictive modeling, performance reporting, and dashboards as part of ongoing deliverables
- Comfortable presenting analytics-based insights and analysis to key stakeholders
- Continuously inform business partners of work in process and track against project timelines
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ domain experience within digital analytics, marketing analytics or related field
- Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, computer science, business analytics, marketing or other related discipline
- Demonstrated experience leveraging analytics to drive business/digital outcomes and measure performance
- Certification or hands-on professional experience in GA, GTM, Tableau, Looker Studio, Datorama and/or PowerBI
- Comfortable writing custom code in SQL, R and/or Python for data transformation and analysis
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Innately curious and happy to dig in whenever called upon
- Excellent communication skills –verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience working in GA4 and GTM
- Prior consulting/agency experience
- Certifications with Salesforce, Tableau, GA, Datorama
