here’s what will be in store for you at CRED once you join as a part of the team :
what will you do?
- as a business analyst, you will help grow CRED’s payment business (CRED pay online and offline) by combining data-driven insights with business acumen. work closely with leadership, business and product teams to craft and execute analytics-driven strategies for growth of payments business
- work with key leaders in the company to get a deeper understanding of the business problem at hand & break down problem statements with data
- identify levers to optimize business metrics resulting in improved user engagement & consequently higher ROI for CRED’s merchant partners
- liaison with product and campaign operations teams for defining SOPs and execution
- proactively identify methods to improve the existing tools and frameworks used for analysis
- be responsible for process excellence i.e. build, monitor and improve processes
- end to end ownership of problems assigned – these problems would be analytical in nature and targeted at solving specific problems
- identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in data sets’ generating insights and helping merchants make better decisions.
- conduct research on specific data sets. ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
- develop & build reports that effectively communicate trend patterns and predictions using relevant data.
you should apply if you:
- have 1-3 years of experience in payments, fin techs, growth strategy or e-commerce would be preferred
- would need to be proficient in SQL and Excel
- are a structured thinker and data driven
- possess the ability to link various sides of the business, understand correlation between metrics and call out risks and opportunities
- are extremely detail oriented and have the ability to influence multiple stakeholders are able to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- can thrive in high ownership and independence environment
