Job Location: Poona
The candidate will get an opportunity to interact with a variety of partners across geographies including [a] CFO Program Delivery Teams including Program Managers and PMOs [b] Group Change Team [c] Internal Audit Team.
By way of various trainings, the candidate will also get an opportunity to understand and appreciate the criticality of Compliance and Risk Management in a bank. Further, the candidate will critically evaluate as-is processes and define target processes for CFO Change The Bank portfolio in order to mitigate risks originating from Change delivery.
The candidate will also get an opportunity to perform QA review, perform data analysis and develop dashboards around key Change Delivery Key Performance Indicators in order to identify areas of stress that require attention and escalation. In addition, the candidate will facilitate key governance forums for oversight of execution status of in-progress program and portfolio wide change related risks and controls

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 7-10 years of full-time relevant work experience in PMO / IT Governance / Change Management role
- Strong collaborator / facilitator
- Entrepreneurial approach
- Data analytical skills
- Proven ability to perform QA reviews of IT / Change programs
- Critically evaluate standards, guidelines and processes + Establish robust governance processes that are simple and efficient and adequately mitigate change delivery risks
- Studied at least one of math / statistics / computer science / engineering / science to high level
- Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
