Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and report on operational results by studying business functions, gathering information and evaluating outputs
- Provide consultative and technical support to executive team and other strategic decision-making groups
- Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with project managers, system owners, and end users to further refine business operations, requirements, and goals
- Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data to develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
- Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
- Perform data analyses as requested; develop and present ad hoc reports in support of various business process initiatives both internally and externally
- Support and drive initiatives as directed by Strategy & Analytics Leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance/consulting or business-related field
- 0-3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field
- Functional / Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques, QlikSense or SQL knowledge a plus
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Limited travel
- Remote or in-person
