Essential Job Functions
- Able to plan, design, and recommend processes to improve and support business and conversion activities.
- Able to support project personnel in resolving moderately complex system problems. Work with client and management to resolve issues and validate requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provide business advice on moderately complex programming.
- Create test scenarios to be used in testing the business applications in order to verify that client requirements are met in system and conversion processing.
- Participate in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
- Participate in business reviews and determine appropriate changes/modifications necessary for conversion processing.
- Execute systems tests from existing test plans. Assists in analyzing test results in various phases.
- Able to communicate with team members, client and stakeholder groups about system and conversion processing
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working with Wealth Management Accelerator (wmA) / VANTAGE-ONE policy administration systems.
- Experience working with Life Insurance and Annuity products.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred.
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, stakeholder groups, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Qualifications
- Five or more years of business analysis experience.
- Five or more years of experience working w/ Life & Annuity policy administration systems
