Job Description

Lead Implementation Analyst

Experian Employer Services (EES) is seeking a dynamic professional to join its Data & Enablement team as Lead Implementation Analyst. This new position will oversee client data implementation initiatives during platform migration activities for EES service offerings. The successful candidate requires a broad range of skills including knowledge of human capital management systems; experience working with HR/Payroll databases; and an ability to drill into defined data structures, understand industry requirements, communicate detailed specifications, and formulate enhanced data insights. This individual will have a continuous process improvement mindset, a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams.

This is a key position with the responsibility of driving client data platform migration efforts, acquisition integration activities, data connector onboarding opportunities, and data analysis process improvements while maintaining an innovative and collaborative environment. The Implementation team works in a consultative fashion with customers, account/service management, internal stakeholders, and product specialists and other internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate has a strong background in acquisition platform data assessment for integration, data feed re-implementation delivery, process assessment/improvement, and reporting metrics. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in evaluating existing processes for enhanced improvement opportunities while harmonizing data quality assurance practices of acquired companies providing Employer Services.

In this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results, interpersonal skills, positive attitude and be comfortable managing and coordinating cross-functional teams. This individual must have a strong business acumen to collaborate with key stakeholders to support strategic business, data, and enablement initiatives empowered by the implementations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop growing team to ensure ongoing data integrity for all Employer Services products.
  • Collaborate with clients/partners, HCM/ATS providers, and internal EES teams to manage scalable data feed and integrations empowering EES service offerings.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise, data feed reviews, troubleshooting, and direction to others in the resolution of business challenges regarding EES program and system requirements.
  • Be a primary point of escalation to ensure that platform migration issues related to data feed implementation and other system upgrade functions are tracked and managed through documented processes, reviews, prioritization, and communication across both Experian and to our customers.
  • Facilitate accurate data element mapping, efficient customer account information gathering, and technical knowledge dissemination for data feeds and/or integrations.
  • Provide status updates on assigned program responsibilities to senior leadership, product management and account management and service/delivery teams.
  • Influence implementation, client system upgrade, account migration, data ingestion, acquisition integration, data integrity, quality assurance, and API/connector strategies.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and business strategies.
  • Strong collaboration and self-management skills.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multitasking
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure buy-in, maintain compliance, identify improvement opportunities, and expand or reduce activities as needed.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise across the organization by exuding deep knowledge to drive collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as clients and partners.
  • Mentor teammates on processes, best practices, prioritization, and issue resolution.
  • Flexibility to be a utility player where needed as this business evolves.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in client onboarding, application development, product implementation, data analysis, or similar.
  • 5+ years HCM implementations, data ingestion, and data analysis experience.
  • 5+ years practical experience working with HR and Payroll databases.
  • Previous experience within the Employer Services industry with emphasis on customer facing or customer service leadership role enabling client onboarding, acquisition integration projects, data quality assurance, data connector/APIs, data analysis or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem solver, who can resolve issues effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Action-oriented leader with executive-level communication skills (verbal and written), prioritization, operational, and planning skills.
  • Conscientious self-starter, with a work attitude that exhibits flexibility, initiative, good judgment, and dependability.
  • Consensus-building abilities with a proven track record of coordinating and mobilizing resources productively.
  • Outstanding presence and solid communication skills, both written and verbal, who effectively communicates at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven success navigating large, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Collaborative associate who excels at building relationships across all levels.
  • Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and pragmatic execution.
  • Enterprise-level B2B experience working on a cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of human capital management systems and/or HR/Payroll/Tax related product offerings.
  • Confident in managing relationships across sales, business, and technical teams, both face-to-face and remotely.
  • MS Office Suite, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Python, BI tools.
  • Experience working at a technology company or consulting firm
