Description

– Excellant Communication Skills

– All aspects of collections regarding Debtors’ Ledger and Manage and following up for OverDue Invoices

– Resolving customer financial queries via phone and email

– Managing unapplied Credits if any, requesting remittance advices from Customer

– Helping to resolve discrepancies if any towards (bank details, business tax Information, Tax withholdings) by coordinating with Customers

– Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements to Customers towards the Over due invoices

– Giving insights of Dunning letter served customers to initiate legal / insurance actions by Coordinating with Legal Team [after crossing certian thresh hold limit of Overdue days]

– Documenting all collection activity

– Open to work for USA/Europe hours ( 2PM – 11PM)

– Excellent numeric and accuracy skills

– Good understanding of MS-Excel, MS-Office etc.
